I have loved working with Edith. Earlier this year I had mentioned that my husband and I would be looking for a new home in a few years (before my kids went to HS) and we would keep her in mind. Little did I know she was keeping us in mind when one of her contacts told her about a family looking for a house just like ours. She sold our house for us at a great price and we never had to stage or hold endless open houses. She not only knows what she’s doing- she knows the right people to help her get it down. We were so lucky to stumble upon Edith for our realtor! We met her at an open house, and although we didn't care for the open house itself, we mentioned what type of layout we did like. She got in touch with us later to follow up and she remembered what we had liked--in fact, throughout the entire process, her attention to detail and her memory for things that we considered important was very impressive. She has a terrific sense of humor, she's punctual and prompt, and goes out of her way to make sure questions and concerns get addressed. Each offer we made kept failing to work out for various reasons, and Edith spent an entire day with us knocking out a ton of houses (most all of which were new listings I wouldn't have had access to myself) until we finally found a problem-free house that was even under what we had been thinking about spending. If you're worried about your realtor being too aggressive/pushy or one who tries to make you spend at your upper limit, you have nothing to fear here. Edith is exactly the right type of assertive--she's out to do her job well and follow up, but she was never once pushy. And she never once sent me houses out of our price comfort zone. We were lucky to find her and we cannot recommend her enough! She clearly loves her job and from what I can tell, almost never takes a day off or sleeps! ;)
